Feal Good Foundation Honors 9/11 First Responders
Whenever you dine or stop in at our restaurant, you will have the chance to help first responders and victims of the 9/11 attacks in NYC by placing a small donation in a little red box in the foyer. All donations go directly to the FealGood Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to spreading awareness and educating the public about the catastrophic health effects on 9/11 first responders, as well as relieving these great heroes of the financial burdens placed on them over the last five years. A secondary goal of the Foundation is to create a network of advocacy on 9/11 healthcare issues. The foundation advocates not only for Ground Zero workers, but shows others how they can advocate for themselves and helps others through grassroots activism. (www.fealgoodfoundation.com)
If dining out makes you feel good, then why not “feal” even better by reaching out to some very special folks in the Big Apple? When you leave, please spread the word about this unique fundraiser to other restaurants in Baltimore! Every September 11, as a memorial to the heroes and victims of that tragic day, we will proudly don our bright red FealGood Foundation T-shirts and match your donation by donating 20% of your bill to the FealGood Foundation!
Remember: Fealing good can be quite contagious! |
